Welcome to the 8th Annual POCC Hoe Wa`a Challenge Weekend!

SATURDAY, August 10th: Hoe Wa`a Challenge – OC-6 races
SUNDAY, August 11th: Waterman’s Challenge – OC-1. OC-2, surfski, paddleboard (prone and stand-up)

The Philadelphia Outrigger Canoe Club’s 8th Annual Hoe Wa`a Challenge is a paddling enthusiasts weekend on the beautiful beaches of Brigantine Island, New Jersey.

Waterman’s Challenge
OC-1, OC-2, surfski and paddleboard (stand-up and prone)
Short race: 4 miles
Long race: 8 miles
Lunch & awards
OC-1, surfski, and paddleboard (stand-up and prone) short and long races: $60 USD per paddler
OC-2 short and long races: $60 USD each paddler (total $120 USD)
Separate registration required for each team/craft racing.
Registration fees go directly to cover the event costs.  Should the event be canceled by the Race Director due to weather or other safety concerns, refunds will not be provided.
